Teach Your Children About Emotions

We as humans feel many emotions: happiness, anger, fear, frustration, sadness, etc. As an adult, you have learned how to handle your emotions, but your children have not. Children do not know how to talk about what they feel, so instead, they will to lash out inappropriately and often physically. In order to combat this, you need to give your children the tools to properly name and handle their emotions.
