Guru Gobind Singh Indraprastha University (GGSIPU), Delhi affiliated four year B.Tech programs in diverse engineering streams. These are - Computer Science & Engineering, Electrical & Electronics, Electronics & Communication, Information Technology, and Mechanical & Automation. Students are enrolled on the basis of a counseling process organized by GGSIPU.

Guru Tegh Bahadur Institute of Technology (GTBIT):
Established in 1999, this AICTE recognized and GGSIPU affiliated degree level institute runs various four years B.Tech courses in engineering. These include - Electronics & Communications, Information Technology, Computer Science & Engineering, and Electrical & Electronics Engineering. Faculty of Engineering, Jamia Millia Islamia (JMI):
Given a status of central university in 1988, the institute offers popular engineering courses in the fields of Civil, Computer Engineering, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, and Mechanical. For admission to these courses, candidates have to appear for entrance test followed by interview and/ or group discussion.

Indian Institute of Technology Delhi (IIT-D):

These comprise -Biochemical Engineering & Biotechnology, Computer Science & Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, and Electrical Engineering. Netaji Subhas Institute of Technology (NSIT):
